In Case of Self-Pickup:

At Smob.PK at the time of delivery, you are supposed to check if the product you ordered is not broken or has any manufacturing fault. Electronics components are supposed to be sell as it is, and there is no warranty we offer on these products (Unless specifically mentioned on the product link). No claim will be entertained in case you bring back the faulty equipment.

In Case of Door Step Delivery:

In the unlikely event that a product is broken upon arrival or you receive the wrong product, then the replacement will be issued after the return of the broken item without any additional fee. We strongly advise that you check your item before paying the rider. In case of advance payment please inform us within one day after receiving the product.

SMOB.PK has the right to disapprove any return warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered, or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse, attempted repair, etc., or if an item is damaged due to liquid or moisture exposure, also if the item is damaged due to voltage fluctuations.

In another scenario, if the buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and wants to return an item in its original condition without any reason within the return window, 20% restocking fee + return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

Payment Refund:

• In case of return of product, payment can only be refunded after receiving of product and inspection.
• In Case of Lost Parcel, payment will be refunded after the courier company declares it as LOST. During tracking/investigation of lost parcel, payment will be held by us.

Orders with On-Demand Items:

There are many items that we do not stock, and import only on customer’s demand, orders having such items are non-cancel-able, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. (unless they are physically broken during courier delivery).

All the necessary and sufficient details have been mentioned on the product page, in case there is anything unclear please ask our live chat agents or call us on the given numbers for clarification. No return will be accepted if you ordered the wrong products or the product doesn’t fulfill your project requirements.

Other Items:

All electronic components must be unused, and in original packaging for an exchange to be issued.
