Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping and Delivery are the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipping and Delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 04:00 PM (PST). Orders placed late on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days when ordered before 04:00 PM (PST).

Our representative from | Smob.PK team will give you a call once you place an order and will confirm your order and delivery details with you. The delivery of the product will depend upon on the availability of the product ordered in the stock.

We ship all of our orders via two options:

Store Pickup (Available to pick up from our G-6 Store):

If you are from Rawalpindi/Islamabad region and willing to collect items from our Store, please choose the option:

Self Pickup from our G-6 Store

If the item is in Stock, your shipment will be ready for pickup with-in half working hour after confirmation of the order. Contact us at our support helpline before coming.

For all the items which are not available in our stock, and required to be arrange before delivery, contact us regarding the delivery time before placing your order.

Delivery through TCS Courier (All over Pakistan):

Most of our customers don’t want to stop by to pick up the goods for any reason. So we are offering a Nation wide door step delivery through TCS and/or any other courier service. For all orders confirmed before 04:00PM, we will dispatch the same day. All orders received after 04:00 PM will be forwarded the next working day. We will forward TCS tracking number through email as soon as the order is dispatched. Usually, TCS takes (1-2) working days to deliver the order to your doorstep. In case you don’t get the order within that time, please contact us, and we will try our best to sort out the issue.
